I?m making a coffee table from some reclaimed Rhodesian Teak deck boards. I have made other items from these boards, and while the timber is very beautiful as sawn, it soon becomes a deep red colour, especially when exposed to sunlight.
I?d like to know if anyone here has a technique or knows of a product that will prevent the timber from turning red.
