This is just a friendly warning to all, that RICA (Registration of your SIM Card) runs out on 30 June 2011.
After this date, every SIM that has not been registered will be blocked from using the Networks.
All Prepaid and even Contract SIMs have to be registered. Also, the Contract holder must register the SIMs, e.g. if your Wife or children use SIMs where you are the account holder, then you must register these; they can not.
Also note that this is not something that the Mobile Operators suggested or instituted - it was a Government decision in order to combat crime (Yeah right!!). ???
In fact, this has probably been our worst headache getting it implemented.
So I suggest that you do it now, while the queues are still short...
