Does anyone know where I can find the actual legislation governing this?
I know that I have a right as an owner to see what the body corporate is doing with our funds, but my problem is that the managing agent in question is dodging my request, so I want to find some sort of legal document that I can send her and warn her that failure to adhere to the legislation will see me taking further legal action to force her to hand the statements over.
Is there maybe a managing agents board/ombudsman that I can report her to? Just trying to see what my options are if she continues to refuse to hand the docs over.
