My CD stand is a mable top table on which 4 cm of hard foam blocks have been placed with another 25mm mable top on top of the foam blocks. The CD player rests upon the upper mable top.
The rollerblocks were placed underneath the chassis of the CD player with the CD player feet hanging in the air.
To say I was stunned is an understatement. I can hardly recognize the CD player. The bass is rock solid and the imaging 50% better.
The strange thing is, I was under the impression my isolation was pretty good !
