Well we had issues, roof leaked before but didnt know how serious it was...
got universal roofing out - R13 800 odd to fix
They were professional on call-out but when they went to work - mmmm was not too happy. At one stage i thought they picked up casuals, that's how bad it got.
However we got them to sort out everything we were not happy with. So far no leaks and we have a 3 year guarantee.
Next time, get my garden boy to seal the roof - it will work out much cheaper. I had to show them umteen times how the roof tiles are not fitting together nicely - i mean really?????
The classic scenario - one guy comes out to quote - then you never see or hear from him...then the driver is the guy who you complain to and who supervisors at the end. Surely the guy that they initially came out to quote must come back and inspect the work?
Anyway guess that's life...
