Craig [member=14437]Chingy[/member] has offered to laser cut the parts for this router jig. The only thing needed is for you to provide him with the dimensions of the mounting arrangement of your own jig (the one shown is for a Makita router).
The one in the pic is made from stainless steel, but I recommend mild steel instead, as stainless steel is very hard and difficult to work with, should you need to polish/smooth/modify anything.
