Rubber surround perished

I have a set of Wharfedale 9.5 floorstanders where the speaker rubber surrounds have partially torn loose to various degrees (looks almost surgically cut where it connects the speaker frame). Although I see lots of replacement kits etc. it seems there is no local repair shop or kits available. Any advice what do to or where to go?
