What kind of online behaviour justifies calling someone a
a) troll OR
b) scammer/scamster ?
I have been wondering about this, as it's quite a sensitive issue.
Sometimes I notice that posters get in/directly accused of trollism,
I suppose rightly so on occasion,
yet I can't help but feel that sometimes a newbie/noob, or even someone who just isn't as fluent in English as most members, bears the brunt of some pretty serious abuse, perhaps unjustly so.
My feeling is that it's a pretty serious accusation, so you need to be 100% sure.
Anyway, this is Open Talk after all, so I just wanted to put that out there.
