Samsung 5 Series 32" for R3k?

I found an ad on the avsa classifieds for a 32" Samsung 5 Series LCD (UA32C5000) for R3000.
I've contacted the guy and it turns out it's not second hand or anything, he runs a store in Nelspruit and ships countrywide, so presumably was presumably just looking for some publicity on avsa.

Is that possible? The cheapest on shopmania is R8000, and he's selling for R3k... Any ideas?

Is that possible? I'd much rather something where I can see him first. He's not some Hong Long fly by night or whatever as far as I can tell, because why would he then choose Nelstrpuit and he's got a cell phone number too... I'm going to give him a call on Monday but in the meantime I'd like to see what yuo think.
