SAPO sucks

Ordered 2 programs on cd and a cable , from USA , paid on 24th march and it was despatched , arrived in capemail Goodwood on 28th , It is STILL BEING PROCESSED by them , promised delivery today.
Well done SAPO  - USPS took 4 days to get it 12000 km , you have taken 2 freaken weeks to get it 5km (I work near capemail)  and I STILL HAVEN'T GOT IT!!!!!!!
