Yesterday, I posted two identically made-up padded envelopes - each weighed the same and each contained 1 repaired cartridge.

One item was sent Speed Services and cost R69.- and as I'm writing, was still not at Houghton Post Office.

The other envelope was sent registered mail to Ireland, costing R55.- going by air and also with a tracking no.

The R69 for the local delivery by Speed Services Couriers was charged as a "Special Offer" according to the poster stuck up on the PO counter and of course NOT delivered overnight as the promise falsely claims.

We are being ripped-off wholesale, I say. R55 all the way to Ireland and R69 to Johannesburg.

A few weeks ago, I sent a parcel to East London costing RX. The item was sent back by arrangement with my client, and cost him the same amount I paid from here as he re-used my packaging materials.

A few days later, I again sent the identical item with the same packaging back to East London and had to pay R37 more.

I came back to my office, looked at the previous waybill and noticed the mass stayed the same.

I tackled the counter staff about the discrepancy but they could offer no explanation and of course no refund.
