SEAT Ibiza 1.9 TDI - to buy or not to buy

Does anyone have any experience with these cars?

Heard stories about the turbos on the VW's blowing often. Is this mostly driver fault ie. not letting the car idle after a drive or warm up or are the turbos really that sensitive?

The car is built well, looks great and goes like stink. Just the turbo is scaring me now. I will take the car with extended motorplan but heard one still has to fight with the agents to get the turbo replaced should it go

Any help will be appreciated
