seems like a trend is for them to be expensive these days. I pay close to 4000.00 in levies for a small apartment. then there's rates.
This seems to be a nation wide trend as well.
Whats going to happen? in the not too distant future, its going to be such a significant cost that no one will buy these.
Its the plan to eventually only have rich people own several units per scheme to have multiple rental incomes that outweigh the levy costs? Doesn't make any sense to own just one.
