Seeing people reactions to tube amplification is priceless.
Last night I snuck over a tube power amplifier to a friend of mine, the guy that bought my B&W 603s, to test it.
His reaction to those "little fire bottles" was priceless. Believing that its "old technology" and what-not-else I reveled in his response to the sultry sounds from the speakers.
The highlight of the listening session was Michael W Smiths instrumental album "Freedom".
I think I might have caused a bit of trouble in that household now since his ears have been tickled by tubes. He-he-he!
