selling of old silver

a friend of mine has a silver cup (mini beer mug), which is hallmarked (5 hallmarks).
he is battling a bit, and is looking to sell it, but to someone trustworthy.
currently in centurion.
does anyone have any ideas where he could take it for a proper evaluation & possibly a sale?
