No, this is not a typo. An updated version is being released. No details yet on what internal changes have been made - just that there's a new acoustical absorber for better frequency response (tamed treble and better bass) and addition of both 1/4" and balanced cables. Oh, and a predominantly black colour scheme. I see there is also a black version of the HDVD800 too.
