Not audio related but I walked into a Merc showroom a few years back with serious interest in buying a new car. A bunch of salespeople sitting at their desks and not a single one of them got up to assist us. Eventually I went to one of them asking for help. The experience put me off the brand - if that’s how they treat you when you want to buy imagine how bad it is when you own already. I won’t buy one now if you paid me!!! And presuming these folk work on commission so one would think they would be keen to sell
