Service was Ultra disappointing !!

The story goes like this ....I've been looking at getting an item from a fairly new brand in our country and as such there arent a lot of reviews nor folks that have had first hand experience with the brand to get some feedback. So I go online and find stores that stock it ...all the stores barring one had the item on hand and open on a Saturday ....so after a few mails with the sales person/manager of the store I make an arrangement to go have a listen today ....now I'm in Kempton Park and the store is In  the Fourways area , quite a trek...and not to mention the traffic :sd:..I eventually get to the store at about 12 ish , ask for the person , he was busy with a customer so one of their techies offer to help in the meantime,  he was really willing & helpful  :2thumbs: an friendly....sadly both of their items displayed some sort of anomaly when we tested them .....this is when it started going downhill...we decide to abandon the audition at that point some  45 mins later and up to this point still no word from the original sales person not even a greeting and to find out if all is ok  ...the poor techie at this point was dumbfounded by these anomalies and goes to the salesperson with me in toe, for some help, advice and to report our findings ...now this is when it gets Ultra disappointing the salesperson ...still does not offer a greeting or introduction,  nor even aknowledge my presence....the time at this stage 12:55 , they close at 1pm and the only thing this Mr Personality was interested in doing was pack his bag , roll up his earbuds and ipod  and theres the poor techie looking at him waiting for a response ....there was that uncomfortable silence I really felt sorry for the techie , so I greet him and tell him not to worry obviously  Ultra agitated at this point .... :flame: then the chop decides to look at me say that he will look into it , still no greeting etc and not even an apology for what happened during the audition or for wasting my time. Its pompus A-holes like this that gave audio stores a bad name ...one of the main reasons why I stopped going to audio stores many years ago...so basically he lost a sizable potential sale ...I wont mention their name PM me for details  :tongue: ......but I will strongly advise every & anyone that will listen not to shop there , their money would  be better spent elsewhere...truly and utterly  Ultradisappointing ...still trying to decide if its worth anymore of my time an energy chasing this up with the store owner. Anyone else have a similar or even different experience at this store ?
