Picked up an Akai AP-D2 yesterday with 'Servo lock'...
As the platter gets to speed the 'servo lock' light comes on...
Is this the same as quartz lock? What is it measuring against?
The Goldmund Studietto I had had the same 'lock' light which could be made to shine by manually rotating the platter....
