My rebuilt Tympani IIIB's (Now IV&3 Hybrid) are home.... I dont have an active XOver yet... so curiocity...

Connected the Tweeter/Upper Mid panels up to Krell - 4 Ohm load using the internal XOver .... Nice

But now what about Bass/Midbass panels... ??

Seeing that it IS a Krell driving them.... connect them ALL up  :nutter:

So here we have 4Ohm + 4 Ohm + 4 Ohm in parallel per channel... That is less than 2 Ohm  :notworthy: :notworthy:

WOW... already bass and sweetest tops and mid-range..... and huge soundstage!!

Dan D'Agostino (now left) and Krell.... You build the M1 Abrams tank of amps that still keeps the utter beauty and transparency....
