Shure V15 III... any good?

I have this old cart while tidying up, from an old TD125 I once bought, so know it is old not sure how old. I googled and can't figure out if good or bad, worth trying to get a new stylus for. I see replacement stylus online for $30-50.

It looks really plastic.  However there must be something to them if people are still using / buying parts for them? Any opinions..

I tried it briefly, it works, but the stylus is very loose, wobbles about, so I suspect a random replacement.
