Since when did some else's k@k scratchy ZA pressings become worth so much?

I am noticing more and more that the price of second hand vinyl has become ridiculous... Part of the reason I re-started with vinyl was because I still had my pre-CD LP's and I could get second hand ones for cheap... Gumtree is filling up more and more with these ads. I can only assume that they are selling...
