A friend said he wants to spend R4,000.00-R5,000.00 on a little HTiB in the New Year. His only requirements are 3 x HDMI inputs.
He's looking at the normal Sony, Samsung stuff - but I've said rather spend - for example - R3,000.00 now a small amp and R3,000.00 next month on speakers? Does anyone know offhand how expensive the baby models from Marantz, Onkyo or Yamaha are? I suspect R3,500.00 - R4,000.00?
If he did go for a HTiB - aren't there some decent Onkyo models for R6,000ish?
Just looking for a model number or something I can point him too.
