First time it went in, it came back worse than before. This time I got it back, was told they'd completely replaced the innards - only thing from old phone was the outside cover. Took a picture this morning to send to a friend, went to files to open it...and discovered a bunch of pictures taken by someone else, lol... Hmmm! :
