I am really disgusted by the way my account is being handled at DSTV.
About two months ago, or a bit longer, I was cut off three times in one month because apparently my account is in arrears. Then I am asked to first pay amounts that are not a full monthly payment, like R195.00 or R255.00. IE amounts that does not make sense. So I just paid to get reconnected. It was now going fine for the last 2-3 months. But guess what, I am cut off again this morning :headbanger: That despite making a full payment of R780.00 on the 1st of this month.
What bothers me most is the fact that you get no warning prior cutoff. No phone call,  no sms, no email, and no message on the decoder itself. This is poor service I believe?
Now when logging in to my account, is does indicate my last payment at the first of this month, but also that I owe R388.50 and it must be paid before on on the 1st of September 2015
Is this a system error or incompetence from the DSTV accounts department?
How can I solve this problem forever without cancelling my subscription. I won't know what to do with myself if I cannot watch TV :mad:

Do someone perhaps have a contact person who can solve this for me who I can contact directly? I do not want to go to the walk in centre as they will only help me after I make payment, of that I am sure. I refuse to give them this R388.50 as I know I do not owe them a cent.
