More specifically, having realised I forgot to pay my TV licence last month, having suspended my DStv, having no terrestrial antenna, watching nothing but DVDs and stuff off my media player ... and still being legally obliged to pay SABC, I was wondering if digital transmissions will finally give people like me a valid reason not to pay that licence?
Because unless you buy that set-top box, you won't be able to receive the SABC signals ... so no box = no signal = no obligation to buy licence?
Yes?
No?
