I think it is great  ;)

I had my bike washed on Saterday, and on my way home the enjin just cut out. Another guy on a bike stopped and tried to help and eventually we got it running again.
Sunday morning I wanted to attend the THINK BIKE memorial run that were held for the late Brian Canoo, but the bike cut out again on my way there.

I phoned BMW roadside assist, and within 45 min the owner of BMW Motorrad Menlyn was there to assist. He took my bike in, and as I thought, it seems that its not a bike problem but rather the emobilizer.
Why am I so pleased with their service?..... I bought my bike there two years ago, and whenever I phone to make an appointment for a service, I only have to mention my name and they immediately know who I am and what bike I ride. Their staff is always friendly, and doesn't matter whether I'm talking to salesperson, or the workshop technician, it seems they all know whats going on on the floor as well as in the workshop  ;)

No wander BMW sells doulble the number of bikes per year than their closest competetor.

;D ;D ;D
