AVForums hat off... general consumer hat on. (else you all ganna tell me you read AVFORUM instead )
As a general consumer, what would you consider to be the most effective social networking tool to PROMOTE A BUSINESS (ANY BUSINESS), considering that each platform should be properly managed. Or should a small business like ourselves make the effort to populate all of the most popular platforms i.e. Facebook AND Twitter? and then Google+ etc? Taking time constraints into account, the first (to focus) would obviously be more comprehensive, whilst the second (spray and pray) option will not be.
I understand that there are other or better ways to promote a business, but this would just be specific to the social network platform, and those who actually use it. There is a lot of stats surrounding this, but not many relevant to the South African consumer.
Personal experience would be most helpful... Thanks!
