Solar Geyser Circulation Issue

I have a 300l floor standing indirect solar geyser. It's heated from 2 kwikot panels on the roof by means of a circulation pump.

My problem is that the pumps runs, but it would appear there is no circulation of the glycol/water solution as no heat is being transferred into the geyser water.

Any ideas where I can start / what I can check?
