So I just had our 150l kitchen geyser replaced with a 100l thermo-siphon and our bathroom geyser retrofitted. Installation was painless and easy - apart from fitting geyser wise controllers on the laundry wall and in the bathroom cupboard all work was done in or on the roof. Cost 18k after rebates, but seeing as the alternative is being further gouged through Eskok's incompetence and we've loadshedding looming I thought it best to get in while the full rebate is still in force. The kitchen's geyser is set to run solar only and I'm quite surprised how quickly the water temp is climbing.

Jinne, one can't think too much about the **** we put up with here, but this is definitely an abnormal country on so many levels. Zim in 20 years?
