Some begging: Have a friend that needs a uncle moment

I have a good friend from Durbanville trying to organise a ride for his niece (wants to be the uncle) on the 29th of Sept for matric dance.
He is looking around...Any endowed recommendations (Possibly Must-hang) around as rentals are fine but insurance like 58K down.
