I am having trouble adding In and Out times on a weekly work schedule.
I cam not use VB.
this is the fomula I have right now. =SUM(I2-H2)+(J2-K2)+(L2-K2)+(N2-O2)
I2 being in and H2 being out and so on
I would like to be able to keep a count of the amount of hours guys work as som ework 60 and others are only allwoed 40.
Excel seems to add ok when add only two cells =SUM(I2-H2) but when I add the next day's hours the total goes back to zero!
Please help if you have knowlegde of Excel.
