Hey guys.
My name is Etienne and I'm new to all this ohms and amps and what watts  ;D
I'm getting my first receiver, a Pioneer SVX 521
VSX-521_Back_large.jpg

(hopefully within the next couple of days)

Unfortunately I don't enough moolah to spend on speakers  :'(
I do have the following at my disposal.

1. Technics SB-CA21
sb-ca21_4.jpg

sb-ca21_6.jpg

Input: 200W (music), 100W (din) What's the difference between "music" and "din"
6 ohm
Why is there two pairs of connectors?

2.Pioneer S-D9 Floor Speakers
140-speaker

System - 4-way, 4-speaker system Loudspeakers: Woofer 20cm cone, Sub woofer 20 cm cone, Mid-range 7.7 cm cone, Tweeter 6.6 cm cone. Nominal Impedance 6ohm Freq range 35 to 20,000Hz Max Power 210W  (Hope this is correct, I got this off the internet)

3. Schneider Miami LS spkrs
(must be cheap, couldn't even find anything on google.. lol  :-[ )

I don't have a sub as yet, still looking for one of those active subs. The cheap second hand one's are not easy to come by.

I am currently only going to connect the system to my pc via spdif/coax.

Ok, so with the current speakers that i have, what would you guys suggest i use as the fronts and the backs ?
Will I get some sort of bass from the pioneer's, or do I need to have a dedicated sub?
Can i use the two Miami's as a centre ? (I don't want to risk damaging the receiver by connecting two speakers to one connector)

Thanks in advance.
Etienne
