Dual laminated 22mm baffle....don't get a 1/4" flush trim bit that'll cut it what to do?
Take out a good old hand plane and plane it and send the blade for sharpening as it's guaranteed no good for normal wood planing after MDF, it's like taking your mother's fine cloth shears to a piece of paper, repeatedly.
~1/2" of baffle standoff before. The gouges on the join lines get resin sealed and filled with body filler. Done right it reduces lines showing up in a finish.
And after...There's it. Ready for sanding.
