Friend of mine has this. Has somehow managed to lose the remote control for it, and the universal remote she bought doesn't work either. Says she can't listen to it because there is so much bass it overwhelms everything else, and from what I understand, you need a remote to adjust the tone settings. Apparently the repair shop she asked for help told her they couldn't help her.
