Reviewing the list, there are some notables conspicuous by their absence:
Plus - sadly - Absolute Sound will also be absent...
The entrance fee - at R30.00 - is not really a deal-breaker, but the list of missing exhibitors does raise the question of "Will what's on show make it worth the hassle of driving to/from and finding parking - not to mention the time spent.
On the flip side, there is always the personal interaction - not just with the exhibitors, but also with other people who share an interest.
Which brings me to question posed in the 'Subject' line: Who plans on being there?
The reason for asking is simple - the personal interactions over a beer or two are likely to be more value than the exhibits, so knowing who plans to attend (and when, if possible) makes the decision that much easier.
Maybe AVSA (who will be there) could provide a rendezvous point?
Personally, unless there is any likelihood of a reasonable turnout from this forum, I doubt whether I'll bother (there are some names to which I'd like to put matching faces...)
