I found a Sansui SR222 mkII recently and set it up properly last week and began to listen. I was surprised. The arm looks like a Jelco. And the bearing is grease lubricated. Wonder if that contributes to the TT's lovely bass? Been using it with a Shure M75 ED T2. Looks great in the gloss black finish too. Anyone else have experience with this TT? The arm should be a drop in fit for a Lenco (has the arm lift on the pillar assembly too) but it would be a shame to dismantle one of these.
