I have an SME 3012 arm here which may need a wand replacement. The tube has a few minor blemishes and it may be easier to replace the tube than to try and 'panelbeat' it.
Its headshell connector seems to be crimped-in with a tool, rather than fastened with a screw.
Has anyone tried to repair/replace the wand on one of these and would you know where I can make enquiries for substitute tube?
