Speaker Choice

I'm looking to replace my current speakers.

My Marantz is rated for 80W RMS into 8 ohm.

I have had a look and like the Polk range. Can anyone give advice on the TSx550T vs the RTiA7's? Or recommend a different speaker range?

My major concern is the 80W output on a speaker that is rated for 300W? I understand that the amp and speakers need to be closely matched?

Obviously I'm new to all this so go gentle.
