Hi there guys ,I have a question that requires your expertise
I have a pair of Tannoy revolution dc6t and the cambridge audio azur 351a ,my problem is when I play the above mentioned paired up after a few hours I seem to have a drop in volume on one speaker to the point that it almost goes completely silent .If I switch it off for a while and switch on again it seems to be fine, tried the same speakers on my older denon avr1908 played for sometime until the denon started having the same problem, maybe it was just a coincidence but eventually the denon put itself into protection mode.
Took the CA in to be looked at ,but the technician told me its playing just fine with his speakers for lengths of over 2hours at a time and using 2 different pairs of speakers,i then decided to hook up my Tannoys to my Cary audio cinema 2 @ 200W p/c ,played the speakers for hours without a single problem. Is it possible the CA & Denon is too small for the Tannoy or something fishy is going on???
Thanks in advance
