This weekend I experimented a bit with speaker placement and the difference 10cm out(towards listening position) makes is amazing! Okay I moved the front speakers back a bit again as I felt the sound became to "bright" when placed too far into the room, but its a fact that a speaker's interaction with the room changes dramatically even when moving the speaker 5cm in any direction.
