Speaker wire management system

Hi All,

I am looking for something to hide speaker cables in an enclosure, that can be laid against the wall or on the floor to make it more tidy and aesthetically pleassing in the room. Also looking for flat speaker cable, for surround speakers.

Can I have some leads in Jhb area or RSA before I go scratching around on the Net.
