Don't know if anyone would know but let me ask anyway!
A friend of mine got a speeding fine (physical ticket) in beginning August. He forgot about the ticket and ended up going to Dubai for a job and remembered today that it was still unpaid.
Court date is the 5th October, will he be able to get someone to pay on his behalf or must be appear?
