I find it a bit frustrating navigating through the forest of non compatible interests that "Vinyl and Tube Amps" board is.
Shouldn't we rather create a "Vinyl" board that deals strictly with turntables and the vinyl medium itself, and "Valve equipment" that deals strictly with ... well, as the title says - disregarding the source medium.
I hope that the split would bring about a "higher resolution" of interest in both? I know I would love to see the threads/stickies on vinyl manufacturing process, brands & labels, recommendations of releases, artists that might not have been brought into the digital domain or at least not with a great commercial bang.
Same goes for valve equipment interest - why mix this with vinyl when it's not unusual to have a respectable valve equipment setup with only digital sources.
