Recently Bought a new house. Got a better deal from my Lawyer if the do bond and Transfer.
SBSA is now saying they cant give same lawyer bond and transfer.
I already transferred 250k last week to the lawyers for the fees.
The home loans call center is USELESS, my banker is not helping me because she says its laying with home loans now.
Any one have some advise for me? im getting annoyed with them.
