Standby Power - What is the best option?

I would like to keep my equipment in standby mode during load-shedding. What is the best solution ?

The idea is not to play the system during load shedding but to simply keep it in standby mode.

I suspect my system consumes 10 to 15 watt per hour in standby mode.

My thinking is a battery with a inverter ?
