no idea what the thing I'm looking for is called.
we've all witnessed the ability to wall mount an lcd/led/plasma type tv with them convenient holes in the back. however, what if were weren't allowed to make holes in the wall?
is it not possible to purchase a stand that has those mounting brackets so that one doesn't have to drill the walls.

that's an idea of what id like. id prefer it if i could just get the long tv stand part that has legs that would conveniently fit under the average wooden tv stand bought from game.
the reason for this post is that Ive never seen anything like this before around gauteng or dbn. anybody seen anything similar? im not keen on shipping from overseas, maybe couriering from some obscure corners of SA.
i just want to be able to use the top of my tv stand for equipment other than a tv. ive had a long internal conflict on whether to keep the tv at all but sadly its staying.
