Just wanted to say thanks to the guys that assisted with my labour questions both in my post and in private. We have to come to an agreement on leave, commission etc - so all seems to be good at this stage.
Also - wanted to mention that I finally got the job I wanted after about 7 months of looking around and a further 3 months of negotiating and hoping! I start 3rd September. Luckily, I'd not been in the situation where I had no job/income though.
I'm now deeply involved in enterprise class wireless and WAN optimization - and if there any IT managers or guys looking at redoing a building, feel free to pop me a PM and I'll sort you out. Same goes for any guys that own an IT company that are wanting to resell the equipment.
