Does anyone here work at Vodashop Shop or customer care ?
My aunt and uncle moved to Knysna a while back and they're building a BnB. In the interim, they're renting a small shack nearby until completion. It's fairly rural and no one knows the address or even been there.
On Friday, both his and her cellphones started saying 'The number dialed no longer exists' - but we figured they'd get a prepaid over the weekend. Nothing has happened and no one has heard from them in 3 days now.
We've called the police to just check up , but without an address it's quite tough. Her daughter also wants to drive to her - but again, the address is the issue. Part of me says the cellphone bills weren't paid and Vodacom deleted the numbers - but now it's a few days later people are getting worried.
Was hoping someone could see the status of their numbers
