Hi guys - made the obviously stupid decision of not using surge protected plugs and with thunderstorm season in full swing in Joburg, the inevitable has happened.
The following seems to have been fried :
DSTV explora decoder (will be replaced today)
Q acoustics BT3 speakers (I?m really shattered here)
Marantz NR1402 receiver (I think it?s only the ARC that?s been affected).
Any reputable repairer?s that can possibly salvage my receiver and speakers?
Preferably around Northern surburbs, Midrand / Centurion?
